The main design elements consist of a series of paved courtyard spaces linking the built form, ground level and planter box shrub planting, specimen grade trees and open space grass land.
Within the car park precinct we chose to encompass the entire area with smaller grade trees which will in time provide shade for the cars. All paved surfaces within the car park will run into rain gardens suitably planted with species that will thrive in those conditions.
The combination of a well laid out sport field and carefully crafted open space lawn areas will activate positive amenity value for the surrounding residential neighbourhoods.
