On Friday 12th August, 1500 property professionals gathered at Spark Arena for the annual Property Industry Awards. Of the multiple award winners, Natural Habitats is proud to have been the landscaping partner for four winners.

30 Madden EXCELLENCE for the Templeton Group Multi-Unit Residential Property Award
Situated in the heart of Wynyard Quarter, 30 Madden is the latest in luxury apartments on Auckland City’s waterfront. The development is city living at its finest, high-quality finishes spacious apartment layouts and a series of elevated courtyards. Natural Habitats proudly brought these courtyards to life, with a green roof, water feature, softscaping, timber work and on-going maintenance.
Wakefield Hospital Stage 1 EXCELLENCE for the Warren & Mahoney Civic, Health & Arts Property Award
As part of a $166+ million redevelopment, Natural Habitats was appointed to complete soft and hardscaping for stage 1 of the project. When completed, Wakefield hospital will offer Central New Zealand access to some of the most advanced medical treatments in the country and first-class services.
Stage one saw the opening of the Specialist Centre Services, Specialist Centre, Gastroenterology Centre, Heart Centre, Pacific Radiology, Preassessment rooms, and Mojo Café. As part of stage 1, Natural Habitats installed retaining, native planting and on-going landscape maintenance to ensure a thriving landscape for staff and patients.
